Thank You to Our Thomas Cochran Event Partners

The Historical Society of Perry County is deeply grateful to the partners and supporters who helped make the Thomas Cochran events and the Valentine’s Dinner at the Cochran-Anspach House such a success. Their generosity, time, and commitment continue to strengthen historic preservation, community pride, and heritage tourism in Millerstown and throughout Perry County.

We extend special thanks to Millerstown Community Success, Inc. (MCSI) for helping launch the very first Valentine’s Dinner in Millerstown. Their early support laid the foundation for what has become one of our most cherished annual fundraising traditions. Since 2004, MCSI has served the greater Millerstown area as a volunteer-driven nonprofit focused on community revitalization, historic preservation, stewardship of cultural assets, and fostering pride in local homes, businesses, and public spaces.

We are also thankful for the support of Visit Hershey & Harrisburg, the official nonprofit Destination Marketing Organization for Dauphin and Perry counties. Through innovative marketing and tourism promotion, their work helps connect visitors to historic places like the Cochran-Anspach House while strengthening heritage tourism and economic vitality across our region.

Our appreciation also extends to Jason A. Lesh Construction, whose in-kind support made a lasting impact on the Cochran-Anspach House. With more than 30 years of construction experience, their generous donation of labor and materials helped create a functional kitchen space that will serve the site for years to come.

Finally, we thank the Millerstown Moose for their continued community involvement and support. From charitable giving to events that bring people together, the Moose plays an important role in strengthening the fabric of our local community.

On behalf of the Historical Society of Perry County, thank you to all of our event partners for investing in historic preservation, community vitality, and the continued success of the Cochran-Anspach House. Your support makes this work possible, and we are truly grateful.
