Founded in 1923, the society’s mission is to manage, conserve and promote the history of Perry County, Pennsylvania. We are a designated 501c3 non-profit corporation.

The Historical Society of Perry County preserves and maintains eight unique properties, each one with its own fascinating story. With the help of our many members and volunteers, we are able to welcome the public to learn about these historic properties and the people who once lived, worshipped, learned, or worked there.
