Tea Service Menu
The afternoon tea will be served in three courses, each accompanied by a different tea selection.
First Course
Fresh fruit
Mini scones (lemon lavender and herb scones)
Orange poppyseed muffins
Accompaniments:
Lemon curd
Clotted cream
Honey
Butter
Once guests are seated, the first tea service will begin.
Second Course
Served with the second tea selection.
Trio of Sandwiches
Cream cheese, cucumber, and fresh dill on pumpernickel
Smoked turkey and Swiss with cranberry mayonnaise on fresh focaccia
Homemade chicken salad on wheat bread
Third Course (Dessert)
Served with the third tea selection.
Homemade honey caramels
